Why does your new album not blow me away?

yes i am the same opinion whit you... first and second albums in my opinion was the best i love to listen the first album song crawling one step closer in the end paper cut ,Runaway , A Place for My Head,Points of Authority.great songs

I prefer their old stuff (Meteora is my favourite album) and at first I was really disappointed with the new album - I just wasn't at all impressed. I've listened to it more, and it's slowly growing on me, but I have to admit it's still not my favoutie. I like a few of the songs, like 'Robot Boy', 'Iridescent' and 'Waiting for the End' but it's definitely still not my favourite album, by a long way. To be fair, at first I didn't like Minutes to Midnight either, but it's definitely grown on me - I think in part we're just reluctant to see them move away from the music we liked them for in the first place, but there's no progress without change.

They're changing their style,I love their songs,too.The first and the second albums really heavy metal musics.But look at their music then,the style is changing.They tried to do something else,to get more things into their music.

well, i quite agree with that. their first album was really a head-banging songs, It's not that i don't like their new single. The song was not enough to justify the Linkin' park i loved and i knew before :)
