We all know that, drinking water is always good for our health. Even when we consult a doctor regarding several health related issues, an additional remedy they probably would advice for most cases, would be, consume lots of water. Water is such a gift that, it could benefit your bodies in more than one way. However, i have heard it several times that, water intake could also bring about the freshness on our face and make it look more glowing and bright! I never know whether that statement holds true. Have you guys or gals ever experienced such freshness or brightness from within you after consistent consumption of water? Or is it high time that, we people move from all those creams and try and enhance our beauties in the most natural form?

Brightness emanating from within comes from one's outlook in life... especially when one looks positively in life. As to drinking water to enhance one's beauty, probably it is true and probably it isn't. I have a friend who drinks water as guided by the universal guidelines on water requirements. She drinks 8 glasses or more water daily. While another friend drinks water only when she is thirsty. Whose skin shines better. You might be surprised to find out that it belongs to the latter. The kind of skin we inherit from our ancestry is hereditary and has something to do with our genes and not much on water. But we don't erase the fact that water is good for our health although there are instances when too much intake of water becomes hazardous to one's health. As to enhancing our beauties... well, let's age naturally and beautifully. No enhancement from surgery doctors or whatever. But with regard to water, beauty has nothing much to do with it. Beauty comes from within and the positivity in our thoughts emanates through our body.

True rainbow but then, beauty could be defined in several ways and as you mentioned beauty from thinking positive and being good is something true. But then, water has got that great attribute of cleansing and purifying! That could probably help you achieve a glowing and bright face too.

I wish I could drink a bigger amount of water, because it's so good for your health. Also, make your skin a lot better, but it's hard to me to drink the 8 glasses daily. I do use a lot of creams, but I'm sure that drink the 8 glasses of water would make a lot more effects on my skin than the creams.

Drinking enough water improves skin moisture and elasticity. Our body needs water but some tend to set aside water in favor of soda and other cola drinks which does not really hydrate our body but rather dehydrate in reality. Water is the best drink of all. It does keep us well hydrated and cleansed so in a way it adds up to our beauty. Nobody wants to look dry, don't we?

I never heard this one before but it must be true. I may not eat as healthy as I should but I do love drinking water especially after having a soda. I usually drink water after having a soda or any type of beverage that is not water. It's what really keeps me hydrated even though I like the other stuff.

I can say yes, it makes you feel great and so much more energetic, making you look better because you have a better aura about you. I drink nothing BUT water, and I'm so glad I do, because it does me so much more good then drinking anything else.

Drinking water definitely helps your beauty because it helps to remove body waste more quickly and have faster metabolic reaction within the body. Therefore, less waste will stay in the body and hence they will not be reflected through our skin and we look more beautiful as a result.

You are right my friend more water means more beauty. But this is not my case because not effect water on my face and no cream effect on my face. Because god give me such ugly face. But really water is useful for body and to avoid lots of disease like urine problem. In summer at least 15 to 20 glass water is must.

I do not know whether drinking more water is a natural means to enhance your beauty. However, I know that drinking plenty of water is good for our health in the sense that it help us to fight consipation in our body system. It helps us to easily empty our bowel. It also help us to sweat out our body excesses.

Our body is made up of water and we can get dehydrated due to the hot weather. It does make the skin glow because a healthy skin gets hydration from the water we drink.

the more the water a person drinks the more the benefits, probably the only thing which wont have side effects even if done excessively :-)....few of the many advantages - helps digestion, enhances skin texture, gives freshness to skin, doesnt let you dehydrate, avoids acidity, all in all many many advantages.
