Why you are very tired, although it has long been asleep?

Sure everyone knows or at least every second: One sleeps wonderfully and super long. One would think that it is fresh and lively in the morning, but you're tired, flabby, sluggish, and would love to go back to sleep, it can not because the body has rested enough.

Hi rifnee, When you feel that way, you're very tired even if you had a long sleep that means you're STRESS.You have lots of worries in your mind. Don't be anxious and pray for whatever your heart desire. Godbless

I believe sleeping for 7 to 9 hrs is sufficient. Sleeping less and sleeping more is bad for one's health. I suggest all to sleep for 7 to 9 hrs at night.

The length of sleep varies. The older one gets, the shorter its sleeping time.

I suffer from daytime tiredness very badly. Mind you...I don't sleep too well. But even when I have quite a long sleep, say, 8 hours, I can be tired. Energy is a rare commodity for me; I can be energised for a day, then tired for some time afterwards. There are times, I feel like going back to bed almost immediately after getting up. It's not good.

I have also experienced something like this and it seems that it's just not good to sleep for too long. There are times when I sleep for 7-8 hours and after short dizziness I feel excellent and there are cases when I sleep for 12 hours and after waking up I have to suffer from headache and fatigue for the rest of the day. It's reasonable to find out the amount of sleep that suits you the best and stick to it.

Hi rifnee! There might be lacking in your system. Maybe you need to have stimulants such as coffee or food that keeps you feel vibrant! Eat more fruits and vegetables, sometimes eating too much fat and carbs has sluggish effect in our body.

Hi, rifnee! I guess you feel tired after long hours of sleep because your muscles aren't moving for hours. And then when you wake up, you'll feel that your body is heavy and you'll feel tired. And also, maybe you did a lot during the day which abused your body.

I know that when it comes to working, sometimes even though we've had plenty of sleep our bodies and minds don't want to wake up because we really would rather not go to work. Other times it's just that we've had a good night's sleep but woke up a bit earlier then we're used to and so our bodies have to do what it does to catch up.

it is because we overslept.. it is refreshing for people that really needs long sleeping hours but this is not healthy.. long sleeping makes us more tired because our body is lying all the time.. we have no means of stretching it while we are sleeping.. also, since we sleep long, we experience heavy head and headaches..

clearly, I also know enough to .. unfortunately! Although the times you think by sleeping but still restless sleep. (This can not get with) so they would not rest ... but it can also be the one to be rested then you would still tired ... but also the mattress may net be proper or good and then you sleep not very healthy, which then also leads to more fatigue in some people ... or is it the same way that the bed then no one probably lies in an excellent position ... but then you think you slept through, but it is not healthy or recovering.
