I don't play videogames a whole lot, but I think as long as you get exercise and eat healthy, I don't see anything wrong with playing video games for a couple hours every day.

i wouldn't thinks so... i play on the internet and play wii all the time... but i still take care of my son, take him out to play, and still go to work and manage household chores... i think it's only bad when that is all you do... meaning people that do nothing but play video games.. that is definitely a little too much

Reality as long as you do not lose sight of the activities and not to be neglected rum (learn to make friends with every now and then what). I personally do not see it as harmful. If something depends on what you play for. Sure if you come home now, throw in the corner pocket, computer / console and gamble a FPS and cease only at night and again it is obviously harmful.

There are too many differing factors that make this question have no good answer. Overall, I like to think the playing of video games is an extension of the learning and growing process in the modern world. Knowledge, decision-making, strategy, even teamwork can be advanced by a good game. Compared to passive after school activities like watching movies and reading, video games are interactive and can be very beneficial. As long as exercise and responsibility are not abandoned, video game should be considered good. Like anything, though, addiction is possible and should be avoided!

Post proof or don't post at all, okay? http://games.slashdot.org/story/08/09/16/2145236/Study-Finds-Video-Games-Are-Not-Bad-for-Kids http://www.raisesmartkid.com/3-to-6-years-old/4-articles/34-the-good-and-bad-effects-of-video-games And because you're not a kid (at least not physically), you shouldn't be affected after 2-3 hrs of gaming.

It is then of course depends on what you would do otherwise. All the studies were not given by the gaming industry in order show that the intellectual capacity and thus decrease the academic achievement significantly with increasing consumption of media. Is mainly through "action games", to be distributed as these stress hormones, but not degraded by physical exhausting, in addition to the physical consequences of an immediate, that the content of the medium-term memory to be erased, which is exactly what you have in the morning learned in school , is gone. The better strategy is to consolidate what they have learned through homework, and then when it is absolutely necessary, the computer game and then sporting activity. Better course is held computer games an exciting book to read, which strengthens your language and reading skills.
