Hello Lotters, I was just done talking with the Third Technician. Yes, He finally came, it seems the problems came all together and took days (three days to four days to be exact). The First problem, was the set up with the first technicians that made them think the modem is defective. second technician didn't explain what was the first technicians mistake and they brought the internet and land line back online. the Internet was alright (on my PC) but not the renters place. Until the Third Technician Finally explained to me. In-proper configuration by 1st & 2nd Technicians, and unstable signal because of my NET Gear Router. Renters internet and landline finally worked on their commercial space. But for due credit I decided to bring back my Prolink modem and choose another route after purchasing another 10 meter phone-line. this is basically my PC will be in the Living room for a while. *the only problem that she has now is she needs another Ethernet adopter or ethernet switch. either that, she has connection already and that's good* am glad the problem is solved.
