Hi mylotters, I am an insomniac person. As long as I remember it started when I was in my last year in high school. Projects here, assignment there and many other activities. I keep on thinking about them since I was really determined to pass all my subjects and that cause me many sleepless nights. That's then, my insomnia has started! I was a bit shock when I woke up this morning that it was already 11 AM. For the first time after a year, I sleep straightly with no disturbs and anything else for 10 hours! I slept by at 1 AM last night.. and woke up by 11 AM! That's the longest sleep I ever had this year so far! When I get up this morning, I was all smile to everyone else in our house even though it is really late! :) How many hours is your longest sleep my dear myLotters!? :) Really curious here!

Hi bunso! Happy for you! Well, you deserve it 'cause you said you were busy with all of your projects and assignments, lol! Good thing nobody disturbed you from your sleep, haha! I really don't know how many hours is my longest sleep bunso and I don't remember I slept that long eversince I've been a mother, haha! I usually sleep at 1am and get up at 9am,sometimes 8am,haha! So counting my numbers of sleep,I'm having 8 hours, wow! It's already the ideal hours of sleeping, haha! So I think I am already having enough sleep for a day, lol!

That is wonderful! I've slept for more then 24 hours before, not in a row mind you, but I had slept on and off for 24 hours with maybe an hour or two in between not sleeping.

I don't think I'll feel good after sleeping for 10 hours unless I did something very hectic and tiring. 8 hours is usually just fine with me.

I really don't have any problems to sleep, actually for me sleep too much is a problem! I think that the night that I spent most time sleeping directly it was after a test, that I slept 15 hours in a row. But, to me feel good and rested, I need to sleep at least 10 hours. Too bad that with my routine, that's impossible to do everyday.

I like working late at night, but in that case I can't get up early in the morning. I am a teacher and I have to be early. So I would force myself to go to bed early. Usually, I have six hours sleep.

Wow. A teacher really should get up early. Maybe when you get up in the morning, you feel like wanted to go to bed still. I can feel you! But you need to sacrifice a bit for the good future of the children! :) You're a hero!
