Is it just me or does the world semm to become more materialistic? Sometimes it seems that money is a lot more important to people than the really important things. Not saying that money is not important, that would be rubbish of course, but still... What do you think?

I also notice that. Money really seems to run the whole world but there are things that money can't buy. I guess it's just how it is now. Humans just being humans.

Money is important, but it doesn't means that if the whole world adopt capitalism, then people and humanity will be placed in an insignificant position by us. Many people who has plenty of money but they also take care of other important things that affect them personally and treat other people nice too. You know it is just rubbish to say that some people in the world are not being treated fairly and right, then it is the fault of capitalism or materialism. Both are mutually exclusive events.
