What shade of blue eyes do you like best? Why?

Blue eyes are praised as the most beautiful of them all in ancient and modern poetry. Today blue is the most popular contact color. There is just something about blue eyes people find captivating.
There is not one shade of blue, though. There can be blue-green eyes, violet-blue eyes, blue eyes with gold or brown flecks, gray-blue eyes. Colors can range from almost transparent pale blue to a deep sapphire. Blue eyes described as sky blue or icy blue are common in literature. I am sure there are plenty more shades when it comes to blue eyes.
My question to you is, what is your favorite shade of blue when it comes to eyes? Do you like the pale kind found in huskies or a deep, cobalt shade? Or maybe another shade all together? :)

Grey-blue is too light. I like the bright blue that is like a Jamaican water fall. It is a beautiful true blue but not dark. Not greenish-blue either. But maybe it is the rich saphire blue that I like so much. I can see it in my mind's eye. So there you have it.

The first set of blue eyes that took my heart were John Travolta's , circa 1978! They are deep blue. I always loved blue eyes. ironically , my guy has brown eyes, lol!

When I was a child my parents had a foreign white cat and he was a Siamese. He had china blue eyes that were beautiful to look at. Wow! Thinking of people I like blue-green eyes that look like an aquamarine sea. I think that deep sapphire eyes look stunning. Sky blue and icy blue eyes look superb. Two of my cousins have a watery pale blue eyes which looks quite nice. I have one friend that has blue eyes with brown specks in them which I think is quite unusual. Blue is one of my favorite colors. My eyes are green.

I like it hazel, or like greenish blue...If there is someone i know with this eyes, maybe i can't stop looking at his eyes, i will be totally mesmerized.
I wish I can find someone with this eye color, i would definitely be in love with him..heheheh

Yes, in the Philippines, most of us here are with brown eyes. Not even light brown, but brown. Wow, how i wish someone with hazel eyes come into my life hahah.
