Is it true?

I got this thing that posts on my facebook weekly starting last week is when I clicked for it. It was posting for week 27 of my pregnancy. It said that "Recent fascinating fetal research shows that my baby can somewhat feel what I feel. In other words, when I'm happy she's happy and when I'm stressed out constantly it hurts her brain development. So be nice to me!" Is this true? Will when I sad and stressed and stuff like that really hurt my baby?

Congrats on your pregnancy! I don't know too much about it, but I have always heard that when the mother is under stress, it can negatively affect the baby. I think your baby will be okay though, as long as you are not constantly stressed out, and as long as it's nothing extreme. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well!!

Thank you. I trying to be more upbeat and positive about things so I do not get as stressed. I just had a ultrasound apointment on the 2nd that went well so I am happy about that. I also found out that I am getting thrown a baby shower and I am real excited. I am hoping things continue to look up.

Yes it is according to my OBGYN. He also believes that if you have a hyper kid or a grumpy kid you will feel like them while pregnant. Good reference is my sister-in-law. She had her first and was very laid back with no problems she had a girl and was laid back with no problems, the second one was hyper and very aggresive making her want to punch the walls and so forth well you got it he came out with ADHD and ODD and is just how she was while pregnant her third was the best she was happy go lucky nothing could really bother her and she seemed to bounce back faster from sickness. Her last child is just like that and the baby girl is the EASIEST child ever to sit for.

I know that at that stage of pregnancy a baby can feel the same as her mother that is carrying her. When you are happy so she is and you are stressed so is she. She can hear your voice before she is born and respond to music too. A premature labor can happen due to severe stress I believe. I had a very upsetting time in my second pregnancy at 36 weeks. I found out he has spina bifida and hydrocephalus. He is now 4 years old. Good luck with the remainder of your pregnancy. for your baby girl and you

Thank you. Glad it turned out ok for you. My baby girl has gastroschisis and will need surgery after birth. I trying to stay positive about it. I love my baby girl bunches. My last ultrasound apointment I had on the 2nd went good so I am happy about that :). and the more weight she gains the better I feel about her chances. :)

Yes, that is true. Because the growing baby inside you is also a part of you. I remember when I was pregnant that I was so depress and I cry a lot in a day. Because of crying, my tummy is like hardened and I feel that my baby inside me is having a hard time too. Here in my country, pregnant women are given some special considerations. Sometimes, the considerations are not for the mother but for the coming baby.lol. Enjoy your pregnancy and goodluck to motherhood!
