Those who follow this discipline already know how safe it is to believe in homoeopathy. I keep myself updated by reading books and surfing the net. There is one doubt however in my mind when they say 'not in frequent doses' Have you understood this area of potency, dosage and frequency which is so vital to get the best results. Please join this topic and let's discuss.

Yes it is safe and usually does not has side effects, except for the aggeravation, but that indicates, right medicine was given.. many don't understand about this wonderful science, they say the doctors asks lots of questions and gives the same small pills to all, well you know, what i am telling.. Thanks for sharing Have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

My problem is with knowing what they mean by 'infrequent dosage' I am into homoeopathy since several years and have total faith in it.

I lean more into natural substances like herbs and mild products like baking soda. I like using essential oils, where one also must be cautious on how much and what to add the oil to. I read that lavender oil mixed with oil is good for the pain that is caused by an ear infection. Not the inside, but to run it on the outside and I may try this tonight if I have problems like I did last night..

Allopathy is not the only be all and end all of existence. There are other disciplines which are equally effective if not more. The only plus point of allopathy is that it takes care of emergencies. And with the concept of the holistic approach to healthy living one could take recourse to all disciplines. I believe in homoeopathy but the only confusing situation is it is difficulty to define the potencies and frequencies.

I tried Homeopathy few times; It works well without any side effects. But still I believe allopathy as the results are more quicker, they do have the side effects as well. yes Dosage and frequency are very important and it should be properly followed.
