Why is Kathrine doing this to Tucker?

I remember that Tucker took Chancellor Ind from Kathrine when he came to town..or at least alot of it... but why is Kathrine doing to Tucker what she is doing to him now? Pay back? And how in the world did she get "custody" of his company...just case he found out she was his mother a year ago...she has no hold on anything. How'd the courts choose her? I mean, his huge company...there has to be someone up in the ranks that is his "VP" should something happen. Granted, this is soapy world but still...how'd it happen that Kaye was the one? ANd why is she trying to destroy him now and his marriage to Ashley? Is it all just cause of what he did when he came to town to her? Have I missed something? I am enjoying it tho. I had started liking Kaye but now...can't stand her..she is back to her old wicked self...but the one you love to hate! Finally something interesting to watch instead of the constant Daisy crap and all the Daniel/Kevin problems!

Tuker had stated in a legal document that he wanted Katherine to run his business if anything bad happened to him. Katherine proved to the judge that Tucker is nt capable of running things yet. SHe is against Ashley because Katheine still believes that Ashley ran over Tucker. I have a feeling the truth will come out once Diane hands over the tape. Diane is another character that is getting on my nerves. I hope they get rid of her and Jack finds Kyle. Kyle deserves a better parent than Diane. My heart goes out to Diane. I hope that Adam gets what he deserves as well.
I cannot believe after what Phyllis put Vicki through tha Nick is dumb enough to take her back. It goes to show that Nick is only thinking of himself and not his sister Vicki. It is great to see that Vicki has a backbone again.

Wow. What a twist to have him put her in charge. I missed that. They are setting the stage for Diane's demise. She is starting fights with everyone in town...in front of witnesses...so they all hear the other person threaten her. Then when she is "done for"...the entire town will be suspects! Should be very boring!
I was liking Vic too..until she trashed Billy. How unfair is she being to that guy!!! She acts like it was nothing to loose her baby and while he is grieving and loosing everything he has...she says he is heartless. She's turning "Newman" on us!

I am so glad that they are getting rid of Diane. Now if we can get rid of Adam and Phyllis this would be great as well.

Tucker had things set up so the if he was incapacitated, Katherine would have control. So as long as he his incapacitated, she is supposed to be in control and he is incapacitated since he can't make heads or tails of business dealings. She did disagree with some of the things Tucker was planning before the accident and changed them but most of them were things that would be bad for Chancellor or Jabot.

Serious? He actually on purpose put her in control? How stupid was that! He didn't even like her! Oh well... soapy world! A big fight between others besides a Newman and an Abbot...how refreshing!

I can't stand Genie Francis even when she was Laura on GH. This character is stupid to say the least. ANd if they pair her up with Jack...I might stop watching!
I'm tired of the Cane/Colin thing to. It just never made to much sense. COlin was great as Robert Scorpio on GH....LOVED him as that character, but this one....just such an empty, useless role. Haven't had him on the show in awhile. I wish they'd stop jailing Victor only to have to release him. Talk about old as the hills and twice as dusty! I wish they'd put Billy and Victoria back together! She makes me mad...she acts like nothing happened (ie loosing Lucy) and Billy is grieving and she just kicks him out and tells him he is heartless. She doesn't deserve him, but they were good together until she went "Newman" on him

On Y and R she is. She has a thing for Jack right now. It does not surprise me at all. SHe has a horrible Australian accent. I hope they got rid of Colin and Cane forever. I cannot stand either character. I would love to see Daniel and Lily get back together.

I preferred the original Ticker so when " Patch" took over , I left. I just by chance, saw Katherine planning to get tucker deemed insane so his wedding to Ashley could be annulled.I thought , oh boy she is back!! Katherine Is a B!tch. The good Katherine was just a phrase. And yes it is payback. He took over her Baby so she is going to destroy him.

He was great as Stephan Cassidine on GH... .loved him there! But like you said, he just doesn't fit as Tucker...for me it is because he is still "Stephan". THe first Tucker was really good tho.

I really haven't seen much of the Tucker/ Katherine deals recently since I have only been catching a few minutes at a time of the show. However, I think that the bad blood between them over her business that he took from her is coming out and that she is intent on destroying him.
