I had similar problems in the past but not as frequent as yours. One thing you can try is to update the firmware. Download the latest firmware from the Nokia website using the Nokia tool.

Have you done a master reset? Setting your phone back to it's default out-of-the-box settings? If you've done this and the problem persists, take your phone to your cell phone provider's local retail store or call costmorservice and tell them the problem you're having. Be sure to use a land line or another phone (other than the one that's broken) to troubleshoot the problem. Your phone may just need a software upgrade, or something could be loose within it.

Try to do basic troubleshooting like completely removing the battery at the back of the phone or just turn it off. If the problem persists, you can try to visit the nearest Nokia repair center for diagnostics. We don't know if the problem is directly related with the software or hardware itself.
