How to make my own website?

My dear lotters can any you guys teach me or leads me what to do. please help me. I don't know how. How many times i have tried to but still I can't.

I am not too experienced, but I started a blog a few months ago. You can go to Wordpress.com (it's free) you can try that one. there are many others out there, this is just the one i have tried. I haven't had many problems with it, but i am new! good luck!
