Why men are better negotiator than Woman?

negotiating is a skill that has nothing to do with gender. There are equal number of men and women being great with negotiation. If by chance that in your country there are few women who are good with it, chances are, women in your place is not given enough chance to show how good they are with it.

Hmm. I think it's wrong to immediately generalize that way. I mean, there are some occupations where women do better than men. It depends on what kind of negotiation the personnel should exhibit.

In United States, both men and women are good at being negotiators. No one is better than the other. But yes, men tend to be too forceful. This can actually compel people to give up and say yes anyways. But remember, the yes never comes from the heart. Women, on the other hand, can use emotions in negotiating. They can best explain how a certain contract will not just earn profit, but will also be beneficial for the employees.
