I am a mother of three super active boys. I'm a very busy mother, juggling housework and work. Lately, I've been feeling really terrible back pain. Sometimes, getting up in bed is really painful. I don't like taking pan reliever. Do you have any suggestion on how I can cure my backache?

Well, this might help. I had a very severe back pain problem once, even the pain reliever pills didn't help. One time, when I mentioned that to a pharmacist, she recommended drinking cranberry juice. So, I tried that, drinking two, three glasses every day. After three days, the back pain was gone. Oh, that was a huge relief. You might want to try that !

I agree that you must see a doctor. If you can find a Physical therapy and rehab clinic in your area or hospitals. That is the doctor you must see so that he could give you some medications for that. As we age, we really need some vitamins like vit C, calcium and multivitamins. I don't like takingf medicines even i have a fever but I am taking now. My body is not the same as before. I do feel a lot of not good in my body and when I decided to take vitamins, I feel a little okay. I hope you will visit the doctor soon. For now, lie in bed straight with your back on for a few minutes and if you can put some pillow underneath.. How in some way I did help you

i think first of all, you need to see a doctor to make sure if there is something wrong with you. if not, you can do something to relieve your backpain. being too busy is the cause of your pain and i have the same experience. when i stand and sit for too long, i will feel backpain so i try to avoid such a thing. try to find any chance to have a rest even if it is only a few minutes.

Backache may last for very long time, I know it from my personal experiences. I think you should try those special salves which keep your back warm. I've used them to relieve the pain and some of these really manage to lower the pain to the point where you can move and do some basic activities without feeling major pain. However, if your backache persists, you should see a doctor, cause this may be some serious trauma or illness that you would not be able to cure using home remedies. Good luck with getting your back fixed! ;)
