Rating in discussion

I hadn't noticed if the 9 or 10's are the ones who get the more responses and or BR's. Really what I was told here from the very beginning is that if we respond to more and more of others discussions they will easily remember you upon viewing the new and or recent discussion tabs and recall your type of interaction and will easily respond to us. See members will definitely remember if they are placing responses in discussions and get no absolute acknowledgement back. A lot of members do take the time to research the net to apply some really helpful responses and if the discussion starter does not comment back then they feel like their efforts are not even read. Could be read by the discussion starter but how will the responders know that if the discussion starter never comments. This happens quite a bit here and what happens with time is that many responders refuse to discuss alone and skip discussions. I often tell new members that this is an important part here if earnings is a factor. It does take a bit of time before a lot of members remember us and that my friend is when the responses pour in. Topics also make it a factor too.

hello swats, What makes the discussion going on is how mylotters inter-act with each other when responding to a certain topic. Yes,sometimes you find the responses irrelevant yet,it makes the topic stays on top of become hot topic for the day. This is one reason why mylotters get addicted to mylot due to this kind of inter-action. Who needs chatting or chat box when we can inter-act with our friends topic,having fun while earning aint? have a good day jaiho®

Personally I think overall it often times depends on the discussion, but when you take time to respond back to all of them, and keep them going, that is a definate advantage no matter what your rating is here. Most people need to remember that when you are Newer here, a lot of people will not know you unless you are taking time to get yourself known, and overall the better the quality, the better your quantity and that is a plus for sure.

swats hi maybe we in the nines and tens may be a bit more active and too some may have more time. Quality posting counts too and us rating all of us all of the time would really bring all our ratings up. be active does have a really positive effect on our ratings as we all like to see our own discussions take off and gain speed as more and more of our friends respond to us.So if we comment back it does good for both of us you and me. Mybe its because a lot of 9 and 10 people do respond back all the time to all their friends here.

I do not agree with you my friend. The reason why they get more responses are because they have more topics of interest, coupled with more friends and their discussions are interesting. Also as they are more active, remember they are responding to more discussions and hence making more friends along the way.

Hello swats89, Its not that. I can say this because only 15 days back only i got the rating of "9" before that i was struggling to get good reputation here on MYLOT. But when i was having reputation of "5" i always tried to respond to more discussions and comment on every response to further the discussion. I always got the same number of responses as of now i am getting it is not that if i gained up my reputation then i am getting more responses. It really depends on you how much you make your response interesting or your discussion interesting. If you are active here and respond to other's discussion definitely you will get responses from them on your discussion this is just give & take.It hardly depends on your reputation.Don't get upset for your reputation as it will surely go up if you will make good discussions & respond with quality content.So keep doing good work which is in your hands.
