Good morning. I know most of us here are working. Aside from the daily routine that we are doing when we go to work, ofcoures we come to a point that we compare ourselves to our office mates on how effective are we in our own departments. Regardless on the jobs that we are doing since in the office, we are all assigned to a different office works. Is there a time that you are rating yourself on how effective you are as an employee? If you are going to rate yourself 10 is the lowest and 1 is the highest, how do you rate yourself as an employee?

Well, I think you are still doing your job even though you are only supervising. The thing is you can rate yourself based on how the people that you are supervising are doing their job. Do they accomplished their job based on how you supervised them? Well if they do, then you can rate yourself on that way.. :-P

If I would rate myself as an employee, I would rate it as 3. I am perfectionist most of the time and I also do not like what I am doing. I worked for money to help my family and to save for my future but my current job is not what I really like to do. I rate it as 3 because I'm still effective as an employee, I worked on my stats to improve and to be promoted so I would increase my income. My experience is a good way to upsell myself in case I look for another job.

I am probably a 7 out of 10. I do try hard, I am reliable, and I am very efficient at what I do. The only thing I could improve was my attitude toward work - I really dislike it!

Of course i would rate myself 10. If i have some things to do , i would do them outright according to priority. I try to finish them ahead of time, so that if there are revisions to be done as requested by my boss, i can still do it before it is due. To top it all, i make sure that i do quality works, without the supervision of my boss.
