I also have problem with my kitten's hair. There are kitten hair everywhere in my house. I even think that there are hair in my food because even the air has lots of her hair. What I do is I brush her hair once in a while so I can gather the hair which are already gonna fall. That helped a lot. But of course, it will not be totally removed.

There is NO medicine to help with hair fall out for kittens... Their hair/fur falls out for a reason- to allow new, healthy fur to grow. Depending on the climate your kittys hair/fur will be thicker or thinner. Thicker if the weather is particularly cold and your kitty goes outside a lot or thinner if it is hotter. Which means that in hotter climes the hair/fur will fall out more often... Kittys will also clean themselves and in turn swallow extra hair/fur which can cause them to get an upset tummy. A bit of grass that kitty can chew and swallow will help as the grass will 'catch' the hair/fur and be easier to spit up. Brushing your kitty will help a lot but must done regularly if you want to be on top of the hair fallout. Good luck with your kitty and his/her coat...

I heard that if you feed the dogs and cats with food that contains salt, it will cause them hair fall....our dog now who is a cocker spaniel has a lot of hair fall everyday though we are giving him food without salt....my cat, we used to feed her with fish cooked like the way our food is cooked, with all the spices, her hair start to fall only after 2 years....I haven't done any research yet on this if the salt issue really causes the hair to fall.

Kittens change periodically their hair or fur, so you cannot do anything against it, excepting brushing them, so you can gather the majority of the hair and throw it away. But I think it wouldn't be healthy if your cat wouldn't change its fur.
