Could you suggest me few good drills to become more better with the ball. and get my into a fit shape. i am having real trouble with breathing and stamina . how can i devolop better stamina?. when i see messi running a from hlf line of the feild with ball to the goal post . i woder " is he realy human??"

to get a lot of stamina you need to jog 30 mins a day but after you will get better so then you could run 1 hour a day then 2 then 3 and one day 5 that will get you a lot of stamina or try this video it helped my friend maybe it will help you ehow.co.uk/video_5538964_stamina-training-soccer.html
