since i was young i always wondered whether in real life i can meet a real writer/author. for the past years i have joined writing competitions and did some schoolpaper works. for the past months i emerged myself into writing sites to hopefully get in touch with professional writers. i also sent some articles and poems in some newspapers to see if i will have feedbacks. lucky enough i got my work published. i felt overwhelmed, but meeting real writers/authors in person is just way more overwhelming. lucky that these writers/authors are actually a part of my bf's family. i had no hesitation to talk about some stuffs that we all enjoyed. it was so inspiring to talk to them and how they got into this line of profession.

It must feel really nice to meet the professionals of the department you are interested in and lucky you that you got to meet them and on top of that, they're your bf's family members I have always been interested in dancing and singing and would love to meet professionals. I have actually in fan meetings but it's not the same as yours. You can get to meet them, share thoughts, get feedbacks. Lucky you

yeah, it was pretty amazing for me. i was very overwhelmed and at the same time a little bit shy because they were professionals while i am just an amateur writer whose got few things published and only on the newspapers.

It does a writer new or old good to hear what other writers have to say about their work, but the most inspiration for me comes from the readers. If I have expressed myself in a way that they enjoy I know I wrote a good piece. Writing sites as well as local papers are excellent resources to get yourself read by people you know and those you don't. Valuable comments are inspiring.

yes, the reader is very important when it comes to writing and their feedbacks are valuable.
