i need help from blackberry users if u have experience please share it

hello guys i have blackberry 8520 curve a week ago i found that the call button (the green button) and the menu button don't work even when i press hard on it i saw a video on youtube about (how to fix blackberry keyboard 8520) but when i watched the video i realized that the call button and menu button covered by a sticker and does not related to the other buttons like ABCD.... so i don't know what should i do? my question is: if i changed this sticker may this fix the problem? if not what do u advice / suggest? thanks guys but i do really appreciate it :)
