How to lose weight

As a girl who has not marry yet ,I have too many troubles with my body. Too fat to find a good boy friend.I try to lose weight for almost 10 years.While still failed.I have try to only eat apples during three days failed. try to go dancing classes for one year failed.Do you have any good suggestions?I just hope to lose 1kg per week.

Hi, Maria. My suggestions to you: 1. Don't eat any fast foods, like fried foods, burgers, etc... Eat as many fruits as you can. Drink as many water as you can. Move more... I mean Jump rope, run, walking. 2. You can try one old recipe for good metabolism : Every morning drink a cup of hot water in which dissolved a spoonful of honey. 3. Do not eat anything after 5:00 p.m. I hope my advice is useful and sorry for my broken English.

The best advice I've heard about losing weight is to eat less & exercise more. If you're only eating apples, you are missing out on a lot of nutrients: protein, calcium, etc. It almost sounds like you may be becoming anorexic, like I used to be. I used to survive on one McDonald's cheeseburger a day. And I was walking 2 miles each way to work & back. So that's how I lost the weight... but I was anorexic & had to start eating again. If you become anorexic, it can mess with your metabolism & once you start eating again, it can make you gain more weight back than you lost in the first place. Also, if you don't start eating more, anorexia can cause you to have a heart attack & die. Please be careful. It's great to lose weight, but it's important to do this in moderation. Good luck to you!

Have you ever tried watching The Biggest Losers? Maybe you should watch it, so you too could be motivated to really workout and eat less caloric foods to lose those unwanted fats. You will be amazed to know that some could lose up to 12 lbs. per week. I think, if you really are determined, you can do it. Unless, you have a hormonal imbalance. Good luck my dear!

I have watched BIGGEST LOSERS a few times.You are right.Maybe I can not lose so quicklt like them but I do can learn from them and lose slowly. Hope I can reach my goal losing 1kg per week.

Hi marie! I'm speaking from my personal experience here. If you put your mind into it, you can lose weight. It took me more than 4-6 weeks to pull off a 50kg weight. I started with 56kilos. Now, my body weight is 49kg. First of all, don't stress yourself. It's good to have a target of 1kg per week. That's a good goal. If in case you didn't reach that target goal, that is fine. Modify your weight loss routine. There are 2 things you need to focus on - diet and exercise. When I was trying to lose weight, I told myself that I am never starving myself just to lose weight. So, I still ate. But I ate wisely. I switched white rice and breads to brown rice and whole breads, for instance. For snacks, I ate fruits with loads of water content, like watermelon. I stopped junk foods. No pizza, no burgers, etc. Woah! This is getting longer than I expected. I don't want to bore you. All I want to say is, if you really want to lose weight, put your mind into it. Where you mind takes you, the body follows. :) Cheers!

Try setting goals for yourself each day like- drink 4 glasses of water, run for an hour, eat at least 5 fruits and vegies a day, ride your bike for about 10 minutes a day, If you combine that with healthy eating, cardio exercises, and hope you'll lose weight, also buy the 10 minute trainer, you can lose A LOT of weight my friend lost 67 pounds with it in 6 months.

Eating right and exercising are a good start! You should also try and eat high fiber foods that clense you like Kale. and Kale avocado salad is a yummy way to to enjoy Kale. I also like to add cayanne pepper to it. you can look on youtube for some great recepies.
