how can I make my body healthy and wealthy.

My body fitness is realy weak because i am working in the front of computer atleast 12 hour so, I have no time to do the excercise plz.....suggest me as posible.

I too,spend almost 12hours daily,surfing the net.But i use a COT and occassionally stretch,meditate,do breathing exercises and also shake my legs! I am lucky to do this in my residence. I hope you are not working in an office.Even then,you can grab/squeeze half an hour or so for exercises. In addition,if you walk instead of using a vehicle for transport(depends...)etc etc,you can be fit as a fiddle.In your case,I feel,that TIME MANAGEMENT is important.One has to be a bit organized in such cases! Where there is a will,there is a way!
