Man can practice the breathing excerise in a very natural way. He can just lie on his back and just keep some object on his stomach and begin to inhale the air deeper and deeper but without causing strain. The he should let the air out slowly and deeply until the abdomen ftattens fully. The object should fall off. . The ait shild circulate from the upper chest to the lower part of the lungs so that one should expand the chest cavity wide and contract the chest and flatten the stimach to put out the air fully and gently. We should be assures that the oxygen flows all over our body. The conscious breathing will help to forget our contaminated thoughts and it purifies not the lungs and heart alone but the brain and all the negative thoughts. The man who breaths consciously and slowly enjoys that inner calm, his body and mind become suble and light. He enjoys peace.
