Definitely, eating right foods like fruits and green leafy vegetables are very essential in order to get healthy body. also you must drink lots of water to prevent dehydration especially if you are doing heavy exercise which is very important as well. You must also stop eating junkfoods like mentioned above.

Certainly better to eat vegetables and fruits and drink natural juices and propagation of water to recover the fluid and not drinking soft drinks and harmful to health Because soft drinks are osteoporosis and is working on obesity

yeah, and that is what i am doing now. i love vegetables and fruits and eating this is a must to have a healthy body and to prevent sickness. in fact, me and my husband love these foods and we also do jogging every morning.
