I have mentioned before that I don't have any free day and do overtime work without overtime pay for my existing job, many friends of Mylot suggest me change the job. Now, I got an interview invitation from a Japanese enterprise which is aslo very close to my house, this company is very standard, there are two days free every week, the lunch is free and so on. But some friends told me that it is very strict in the Jananese enterprise, working pressure is high, employment level is very clear, but working efficency is good. Is that true? I'm worrying that if I can be quanlified for such working environment, please give me some correct information about the features of Japanese enterprise, thanks!

Hello Robben, they are very strict indeed and very much conscious with the rules and guidelines of the work place. I believe fear is what holding you back, if you believe you're qualified then go for it then. though i fear there's a possible discrimination part of some employees but that is just a clear specualtion from me and you don't have to believe in it. good luck

Japanese are well known for their self discipline. Don't be afraid of the rules as it is there to assist and not to intimidate. It ensures that everyone has a standard to follow.
