DISCLAIMER-Friends, I share what I get, with the hope, some will be cured at least, it is rightly said, the wearer knows, where the shoe pinches. You may try this, if it helps, tell others.BUT PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR AND TAKE YOUR OWN DECISION. When you drink water, you may add the juice of Lemon (citrus medica), better to drink after food. If one takes 2 to4 apple per day, the frequent urinal problem lessens. A mixture of 310 gram juice of carrot and 185 gram juice of Paleng( spinacia oleracca) is said to cure diabetes. Eating 10 to 12 aamla ( phyllanthus embica) with honey helps curing too. 50 gram juice of mango and jamun may help.. Chewing 4/5 tomatoes may help. Drinking 7. 8 gram juice of manimuni( hydrocotyle asiatica) every morning may help. Hope, you will find this beneficial Please share and comment. Thanks in advance. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

ALittle lemon in your water is very refreshing on a hot day. I drink it that way all the time. Not familiar with the 'Paleng'. I don't care for mango but try to drink it occasionally because I know it is good for me. If I could afford to drink this drink every morning I would be very healthy. See that is the major problem. People can't afford to eat what is good for them! Fatty and unhealthy foods are much cheaper than healthy foods.

You are right that it is best to consult your doctor before you make any significant changes to your diet when you are dealing with a chronic disease. However, with these that you've mentioned, I really don't think that it is necessary to consult the doctor because all of these things are natural supplements and not so much herbal supplements. When using herbal supplements it is very important to consult the doctor because they can cause interactions with medications.

Just out of curiosity, is it best to do all of these or just a couple? Some of these items I have not heard of but I do use lemon water some times and occasionally I'll eat an apple or two. Thanks for sharing the info.

Hello Papa! Wow very home remedy type of supplements. I think this can be very useful and helpful. I do drink a lot of water and at times do put lemon inside it to give it a little flavor. I sent this also to my boyfriends sister who does have Diabetes and find that she will enjoy trying this. Thanks as always for sharing.
