This ‘home remedy’ for BLOOD PRESSURE works and safe too

DISCLAIMER-Friends, I share what I get, with the hope, some will be cured at least, it is rightly said, the wearer knows, where the shoe pinches. You may try this, if it helps, tell others.BUT PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR AND TAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.
A very simple home remedy cure for Blood Pressure is, Fenugreek Seeds, which we call ‘Methi’
Take a pinch of Raw Fenugreek Seeds, about 8 - 10 seeds and swallow it with water before taking your breakfast, every morning. You can also make this a powder, soak one tea spoonful in water and swallow.
A friend of mine, mixes the powder in little cooked mashed rice and swallows, because he doesn’t like taste of fenugreek.
Those who have high B.P. can try, but please don’t stop the allopathic medicines instantly.

Professor Sir: yes Fenugreek is really useful herb. When one has diarrohea -- fenugreek powder can be taken mixed with curd. It will have good effect.
For BP we have to take medicine till the end. yes. I take Amlogard 5 mg apart from storevas 5 mg for cholesterol. In our age medicine is also like breakfast--an important one.

We may not eat food, but medicines we have to, my 11, 000 plus goes towards my and kalyani's medicice, health has to be given top priority..

Good remedy and easy too to follow. My sister says this even brings down sugar levels. I will start doing it hereafter. Thanks for the tips.

Yes you have safeguarded your prescription with a disclaimer and perhaps dont want to take a chance.hehehe. Anyway what you have prescribed does indeed work.I have heard many BP patients do take fenugreek on empty stomuch.Since its a naturally available item i am sure it will have zero side affects unlike the chemical tablets and injections that only accentuate the problem

Hello Papa!
I do not have high blood pressure but do have low blood pressure from time to time and very often. Wondering if this will help also.
In the meantime I am emailing the discussion to myself and will forward it to my boyfriend sister who does have high blood pressure, with the hopes this can help her.

Happy to know you don't have high BP, many women usually have low BP, if you feel head reeling, and some thing like instability, take a glass of water, add to this pinch of salt, my daughter in law does this, her BP is 60/60 most of the times
