Can't upload video to YouTube

Please help. I want to upload a video to YouTube. But it says my file is not suitable. I am using Paint application and Windows Media Player playlist. How can I upload a video to YouTube?

what is your video format?
you must upload in flv format o avi. try it. hope it's work.

render your video in avi format because that format is acceptable to youtube

Youtube accepts extensions such as .wmm which is Windows movie maker. You need to uploaod files first there and create a movie clip following instructions and then upload to youtube. I always do it that way.
