can you fix this error?

facebook error in plug in - html of a facebook like button where I am getting error message while uploading it to my blogger template.

when I am trying to put the one xml content...(I am not able to upload that one please see the content in the image )content in my blogger templates...I am getting the following error message.... [b]Please correct the error below, and submit your template again. Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly. XML error message: The reference to entity "href" must end with the ';' delimiter.[/b]

You have encode a wrong command near href and ; symbol. Recheck your encoding if you edit manually.

thanks for trying to help me....the encoding was correct ...but the template doesn't support Iframe as the below member mentioned it......and the problem is solved..
