Mr Popper's Penguins

My hubby and I got up late today so we went to go see his mother in the home and gave her a new outfit.
Then we had enough time to make it to see Mr Poppers Penguins. It has Jim Carey as the leading actor.
There were kids in the movie and hearing their laughter while this movie was playing made you know its a good family movie.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be making it a DVD to purchase and add to my collection!
After that we went to IHOP for dinner and they had coupons buy a meal and get a meal free. So we actually had a movie, sodas, and meal for under 20.00 for two!
That made it extra nice.

Congratulations marie! That was a great deal! I'm thinking of watching this movie, as well. I don't think my hubby likes it though. It's not yet released in our place so I'm still waiting.

I haven't heard of the movie Mr. Poppers Penguins. I guess I am so into internet and seldom read the newspaper and watch movie. I like Jim Carrey and comedy films, I will look for that movie. :) That was a nice bonding time with your husband less expenses.

I didn't like Mr. Popper's Penguins, as much as I liked previous Jim Carrey's comedy film. This was kind of one time watchable films, that's what I think after seeing the film ...
