Truth about God

Hi Frindz, First of all i want to admit that i am not questioning the mighty power which is upon us all the time. But my question is about true meaning of it. I mean we have thousands of religion at current time plus those who were in past. They all think only their representation of god is true. Egyptian built pyramids, Roman built tramples, Maya and Nazca people had their own thoughts. And now in current time Christians, Muslims, Hindus all have different views. Now my question is that which one to believe?

Welcome to My Lot! All of these religions point us to God. You may believe in or follow whichever religion you have some affinity with or feel closest to or none at all. You may try them all until you are comfortable with one or you may study more deeply the one in which you were brought up in. Many of these religions are associated with different cultures, so it might be good to begin with the one which is most widely practiced by more people in your country. God dwells within you, as all the Holy Scriptures try to tell us, so take some time to find this out for yourself & experience what God is like & then you may report back to us on what you have discovered... or not! Your choice.

No, every religion is not true, I did not say that. They all point to God in many different ways. Religions are now nothing more than empty, dry theory - oh some of it good, but with a lot of rituals, ceremonies, idols, dogma, doctrine & festivals mixed in that was never needed in the original sense. Those great & wise ancient masters around whom all these religions were based upon would be absolutely appalled to see what people are doing in their name. Religions were made by men for one reason only which has more to do with money & power & domination & dependence than it does with helping a sincere truth seeker to experience God.

Believe the truth! Look for the truth. Ask for the truth. Search for the truth. Find the truth. Live the truth. Love the truth. And the God of truth will love you! There are many lies but only one truth!

If the truth is important to you and you love the truth you will find it. It is not far from you or anyone else. You can argue with everything I say but when you find the truth (if the truth is really important to you) all the arguments will melt. If you were looking for the sun, do you really need me to tell you where it is? If I have studied the sun a bit more than you, then I might know just a bit more about the sun but you still might make discoveries about the sun that I don't know. All the best!

There is only one true God and the religions are different ways to get to him. Several years ago, I had the same question. If you are really interested int, so realize your personal investigation trying to study a bit about each existing religion nowadays. Once you recopilated enough information, you will be able to take your own conclusion and decision. With a general question like "which one is the best" or "which one has got the truth", of course everyone will defend his/her own beliefs.

Yeah! Religion is a choice and choose which religion which best fit your expectations and your own moral beliefs. Every religion is different, they have their own unique belief system and a different set of laws. It's all up to you because no religion is better than the other.

A bit inconsistent aren't you. Why do you bother to hate a god you say does not exist? Seems like a waste of effort to me.

Don't be confused about these things, because ISLAM is one of the best and true religion ever. Study the Religion of ISLAM which is the true from the beginning and will be till the judgement day. It is fact that there are thosands of religions but infact all are wrong. There is no GOD but ALLAH, and he is the most beneficient. So, leave all the false things and accept ISLAM. Just consider that if you consider a stone or even a moon as your GOD, so how it will care you, because it is just not able to care of thereself, so how it will satisty you.. Just believe in ALLAH, who send ISLAM as the first and the true religion for all the human's of the world.. But because of ignoracy they change there religions. ADAM (A.SALAM), Who was the first man in this world and before him no human was in the world... His own religion was ISLAM. Don't think that i am Muslim that's why telling you like this, but if you ask from a Hindi or any other religion persion, so he will also tell you about the best religion ISLAM. Don't go through the wrong and dump ways... Come towards ISLAM and then see the satisfaction of your heart, Your heart will automatically judge that it is the religion, which is true and also one of the best.. Each religion has its own god or gods and worships according to its own rituals and customs. In reality no two people worship the same god. Everyone's gods are a child of their own conception of what a god or gods are. If you want to confine yourself to a restricted view of the gods research several religions and chose the one that you are most comfortable with. There is no single truth and there is no single god that take precedence over all the others.

In my view, religion is the mirror of the people's thought to the world , based on the culture of their nation.Due to the variety of the culture in the world, the religions people believe in may be different from each other which can make sense. It is not important that which one is true or worth to be faith in, I think, the point is that we love our world ,our life with the most suitable sytle......

I think a religion is based on the thoughts of the people. I think no one have seen the God in real life but still for me he is an imaginary personality and also I know the story of his life when he came to the world with a human or other faces. He is a very strong character and so is believed to be very powerful. I follow him and that is what everyone do. You have your own right to follow anyone or everyone.. or also you have the right to not follow anyone.

We are all born into a family which believes in some religious views but our understanding may or may not change depending on our rationality of thinking and power of judgement .First of all we must be tolerant to all religions and with a sound mind try to analyse why we feel one religion is better or worse than the other . Basically all religions speak of fraternity , love and mutual well being but what differs is our belief and conviction . I may believe Jesus is my lord who heals and comforts in all my sorrows . There is no doubt about it since I am felt and believed to have happened in my life . But I can never defy or ignore another one who says Allah , Bhagwan , Wahe Guru or so on is the supreme . It is also true as per their conviction and we must respect it . So we see the belief in a religion and advocating its supremacy depends on your own rational belief and it is neither infallible nor imperfect . So your belief is totally a sole choice but there is definitely a place for more discussion and suggestion to come to a point of conclusion . Wish you all the best !

In my opinion, religion is only a group of people with the same beliefs and spiritual aspects in life. As you can see, each religions have a god to be worshiped. There are also other religions that they worship more than one gods or sometimes goddesses. What important is to have a god to believe in not only for religion purposes but also to have a god to believe in and to lean on. It will also help you to become spiritually complete as well as to have a fulfilling life. Me, I don't have a specific religion but I do believe in God. That's why I feel contentment in my life. An advice from me, try to follow what's in your heart. Try to reflect and contemplate and I know you will find what is the answer. It's not all about the religions, but it's all about what you believe in. :)
