"chitika" ad publish website is a scam or not?

Friends, the chitika website is a ads publishing site.
It doesn't contain any "http" protocol, i mean, http(hyper text transfer protocol) site is a safe site, but i have some doubt in this.
And
Friends, do you know anything about it?
Is it believable to proceed with it alliance?

Hi Remo!
Although I personally have not used the site, I have done some research in the past. From all that I have read and seen it does appear to be a legit site.
I have read where many have successfully done well with it, but I personally have not used them.

You're confusing "http://" with "https://" - the extra "s" is the "secure" connection that's recommended when paying for anything. Although your browser may hide the "http://" from sight (most of them do), it's still there or the site wouldn't work (well, OK, so it would, but it'd be in plain text).
Chitika is legitimate.

It is very legit site.. And earning their is also good. I am having account their and got paid in past by them. So don't worry its a legit one. And quite famous too.
