Big Bellies Fill In Ill Health

Devouring food much more than what is needed often is detrimental to bodily health and well being. Most of the pot bellied people fill up their stomach with loads of food supplies destroying the smooth functioning of their digestive systems as a whole. It is always easy to gain weight but takes a tough schedule to lose wight.Keeping a close watch on what all kinds of food one relishes is good since it contributes to one's health consciousness. Gluttony brings in health problems which in turn makes one immovable and fragile.

It sure is a detriment to bodily health and well being BUT, it is an addiction just like drums or nicotine. I am twice the bodily weight i should be. It makes it hard to get around and is pretty pathetic. If you are poor and can't afford 'the right foods' it causes problems. It you want to see me a little dough I'd be glad to buy more veggies and fruit.

It is definitely true that carrying the majority of the fat in your body on your midsection is not a good thing at all. As for me, I will admit that I am an overweight person, however, I don't carry the majority of my fat on my stomach, it is spread through different parts of my body. Yes, I still do want to lose weight, but I feel a little bit better in knowing that my weight is not definitively going to cause me to have some of the ailments that being overweight can cause.

Nowadays one finds more and more people having potbellis.The introduction of junk foods and a sedentary lifestyle at home and in the workspace also leads to such a condition.Since most offices use computers,the staff has to sit on a chair all the time working on the pc, therefore there si no exercise for the body.It is not neccessary to be a glutton to put on weight.Many people eat a lot yet remain slim and trim.There are also some people who diet at the drop of a hat but still keep on gaining weight.The most prudent way to keep the weight under control is to lead a balanced way of life where, food,exercise,recreation and so on go hand in hand.Many people also gain weight due to mental tension as the more tense they become the more they eat and therefore gain weight. So one should also relax once in a while and see that the mind is kept free from worries.to conclude, a healthy mind leads to a healthy body and vice versa.

The bigger your belly is, the more chances of you ,having those dreaded diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and heart attack to name a few. To be honest, my tummy also protrudes whenever i sit. So, i guess i have to double time my exercise.
