I have an early 7 am class today so i woke up a few minutes before that. While having my 50 minute online class it was raining. Right after i finished, the rain stopped. So i thought, i'd grab my running shoes and go jogging, take advantage of it.
I usually wear a tank top, jogging pants or shorts. But today, i wore a hooded sweater over my tank top thinking it might be very cold outside. It was, indeed, but after 10 minutes of running, there goes Mr Sunshine and its wonderful rays shining brightly upon me!
Well it was ok though but i sweat like a pig more than any other days! I took off my sweater before i could even reach the patio of our house not minding the neighbors eyes as they were staring at me all sweaty and sexy with my tank top!

My next door neighbor is an elderly from south africa and by golly, he could run faster than me and has a very nice body at his age. He's a baptist and very kind.
The rest of my neighbors are in their 30s and 40s!

it's been a long time since i last run.
and it's one thing i want to do very soon.
once i have a new running shoes, i will run again.
i haven't had that big sweat for a long time.

I haven't sweat like that for a long time, unfortunately it's either i need a Cd plaer or a television inside my house jut to compensate with walking in the treadmill just for a little bit more. well, if you wanted to be looked upon even though you are a bit sweaty then be my guest

It happens like this from time to time here where I haven't a clue what to wear. It may start out really cold and then too warm for the layers. Same sometimes when it is warm then way to chilly later. Hope you made your neighbors day.

I think i just saw one of the wives hitting her husband on the head. His jaw dropped!
