I thank God for making me a woman. This is not something to compete with men. I'm just happy enough that becoming a woman myself is something to be proud of. Because I highly believe that women are passionate, loving, caring, and can endure hardships in life. Women knows how to deal with her struggles, problems and difficulties in her own way. Some may say that women are weak but it's a no to me. Women may be physically weaker than men but I believe that we are as stronger as men in our own ways.

If i can choose, i prefer to be a man. When i was a small child, i lived with my parents, they always told me I cannot do this, I cann't do that, all because I am a girl. And they put much more love to my younger brother. Now, I Got married, my husband asks me to stay home to take care of a child. But when he come back home, he start complaining he is under great pressure of supporting the whole family by himself along. What can I do? It is not my fault.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. But I do so think that it's not wrong also to voice out your opinion. Voicing out your opinion as a woman is liberating. I hope that all is well with you. Smile!

I agree with you. Though we are physically weak, we are mentally strong that helps us to face challenges and heavy burdens head on with a touch of grace. We are driven with so much emotions, and somehow balances it that makes us adapt more easily in whatever is before us. Complexity can be our strength for we are thinking continuously as well. Being a woman is a blessing indeed!

Yes! That's right! Women are much stronger mentally and emotionally. Because of that, guys tend to find it difficult to read what women are feeling. We're like a jigsaw puzzle that have to solve. We can be pretty manipulative too sometimes. Lol! Overall, there's ups and downs of being a women but be glad that you're living a life filled with opportunities and wonders.

I believe as well that we are very strong. We have carry children in our bellys for nine months. We give birth. We spend every month of our lives until menopause preparing our bodies for child birth enduring cramps, headaches, bloating, etc. Then we go through menopause. We do all of these things and still take care of our homes and our families with barely a complaint and we still manage to look lovely while doing it. Yes women are very strong.

All you said is true. Unforunetly there is alot about being a woman that is not fun! We have to go through childbirth which is very painful! We have to deal with our period every month! Some of us woman have to deal with PMS before our monthly cycle starts! Those things are not fun! If a man would have to go through those things, maybe then they would be more understanding when we woman have to go through these things! I am pretty sure men would not be able to handle it!

As a girl i would have to say that being a women is really lucky.maybe from some perspective that is weaker than men,but i think that we could buy beautiful clothes and we would have the priviledges from those gentlemen. The world of a girl is so great,it is indeed an amazing gift given by god.Good luck to all of us.

I like to be woman. We are unique we can understand things that men got no idea how to deal with it. That's true that we are passionate but also emotional. We see the world in our own colours. Always when i see similar discussion my thoughts go to this women who can not enjoy what we have, the freedom of speech and and free to wear what we like, driving a car, being educated.

Just like you, I'd like to enlighten women who see themselves as lesser in the society or are not proud to become women. There are factors why they feel this and it's not easy to overcome it. But I'm hoping that eventually in time, they'd feel their importance and value. I agree with you that every woman has the right to enjoy what they have, to practice the freedom of speech and do whatever we like.

I remember what my seven years old daughter told me, she said that "i really love being a girl, and i thank God for it". i was touched with what she said because when she was still inside my tummy, i secretly wish that i am having a boy. the phrase she uttered make me realize the things she sees in a woman. i asked her why? she answered that because being a girl is beautiful. you could have your hair long, wear sandals and all those girly stuffs, and the most important thing is that nobody will tease you if you cry. and she said it just so right. indeed, being a woman is a gift, and i am proud to be one.

If it weren't for women, there would be no more men! The only time I'm unhappy being a woman is on my period. The cramps, bleeding and irrational emotions I would be happy to be rid of, but I like the power of my femininity and I wouldn't trade it for anything! I love how females can wear any color/any style and people won't stop and wonder if I'm gay because I'm wearing a particular color or accessory. Love who you are, because its a lot of work, time, money and medication to change your gender, and you CANNOT go back!

Looking around me, I realized that being a woman is more than a name. More than a fact, more than a coincidence. Even more than a responsibility. Being a woman means to discover all the secrets of life, one by one. And, ironically, just when you think you found a solution, another is unknown. But who said it would be easy? Who said that this responsibility does not involve personal effort, an effort that is sometimes beyond us? Being a woman means to find you. Some of us understand later or may not ever understand: we are the color to decorate painter work. Until you discover your true value will not be what it should be: a woman. And no, a woman is not sold, do not leave trampled and not throw away your self-esteem.

I once used to believe that women are acutally weaker than men just because people told me so; after all isn't the message we get everyday from the society? The man has a job and the woman stays at home taking care of the house and the kids; the man is the one who takes decisions and the woman just follow; the man has a strong body to dominate and the woman has a weaker body and needs to be protected; and I could go on and on for pages... Now that I've grown up I don't believe it anymore. I truly believe that a woman is as capable in a job exactly as a man; i truly believe that she is able to both working and taking care of the family; i truly believe that a woman is even more rational than a man who basically follows his instict; i truly believe that the body of a woman is definetly stronger than a man's one because she can create a new life... I don't think women are as strong as men: i'm sure women ARE stronger!

hi:) yes I am thankful too for being a woman,it's because woman now are more independent, we can already do what man can do and also we’re much prettier and have a multitude of choices to make when it come to things like: “What should I wear today?” I mean is who wants to choose between a suit that’s black or gray and which tie to wear with that suit or which pair of jeans to wear with which color of golf shirt, or boy shirts? (Sorry guys, but there’s not much variety in that:) Woman have many more qualities than just the nurturing side, we are great organizers, great multi-taskers and very creative. That creativity can be shown in so many ways. Not only in the home, but also on the job, even at school. so we really need to be thankful to be a woman.
