Ok so you are looking for an online job .You search on internet and read that one of the best ways to earn some money is to fill some surveys .You can earn up to $5 or even more for every survey , all they ask is for you to be "honest and not to lie when you complete the survey " So you think it`s a great way to make some money ...even if you`re not from the US you will recieve surveys because our clients are interested in worldwide marketing . Seconds after you join you recieve a thank you e-mail and they will tell you to be prepared to earn some money ...remember you must be careful not to lie, just be honest and the money will come . Sounds like a dream , and it is a dream because they will start sending you crappy e-mails like " Join now this website they have a lot of surveys and you can earn more than $5 for each one as long as you are honest " . If you join that website , they will tell you to join the next website where you can earn more than $5 for each survey as long as you are honest . And all this time they will send you e-mails with the things you should buy from them. Remember being honest is great but won`t make you rich .These companies are making money scamming people. And you won`t earn anything no matter how honest you are .

My first earnings online were with surveys but I know that there are many opportunities available for people who are living in the US. For International sites, I usually recommend sites like Global Test Market, Surveyhead, ErgSurveys. I really like SurveySavvy but many of my international friends tell me that they do not get any surveys from them. The site that you mentioned just seems like a scam but all sites are not like that one so I would investigate and find some legit ones that will pay you to your country. I also love working with ZNZ which is open to Romania. This is not a survey site but can offer you an opportunity to make money online.

Ok so read this : Tonight i just recieved an e-mail from a friend. He had a "great money making idea " Looks like there is a website that will pay you $6 just for the welcome survey :) So right after you join you will have $6 and the opportunity to make tons of cash. You can take the money once you have $75 but that doesn`t matter ...if you can make $6 right away you`ll make $75 in no time :) So what was wrong with that website ? They said they will bring you surveys worthing $25 in the first day can you believe that ? You don`t have to leave your home you just stay on your computer and make a lot of cash.:) Then i discovered i have to bring 40 people more to take the $75 and i don`t think they will pay you in the end .So how can you bring other people to join something you don`t believe in ? You post announcements on internet and try to fool other poor people looking for a job my friend said.Just write that they don`t have to leave their home and they will make a lot of money :)

Do you know the other day i joined Surveyscout ? where you can make $1-$15 from surveys and also $100 if you join focus groups ? So i said ok that should be easy , i joined and after the welcoming panel i was asked to " Upgrade my Membership " which means i should pay more than $30 or to join another crappy website and they will pay for me :)

you can bring other people in if you just ignore the fact you don't believe in it, if you are selfish and are very very willing to make some money. It's the only way to make it work. Be like the others, and don't be honest!

I've joined many such sites over the past few years. In 4 years I've been paid $20 for one survey once. Most are quite a bit less or just give you points with outrageous credit to dollar conversion rates..Beware! There's a lot of sites coming out of the orient offering $5 and $10 per survey/viewing that cash out at pennies on the dollar. The high incentives are come-ons for the unwary. The best I've found are pay per views. They don't usually pay a lot..2-5 cents per view but they are consistent with occasional higher sign-up bonuses for a variety of sites. Check my profile if you want to check them out. These pay off without fuss as well..Enjoy!

Yes, that's pretty much how it goes. I'm a member of about 2 or 3 sites that have been very legit for a long time. There are other survey sites that I used to work for but have since stopped because they are a waste of my valuable time. I really can't stand that virtual loop that you have so acurately described. I want a cut and dry method for earning a little extra cash. As I weed out all the junk, I think that I'm finding my way.

I've always wondered about that Legit Online Jobs site. Boy, that really stinks. I suppose some people make a career out of creating these beautiful sounding opportunities. They fabricate a splash page or sales page to lure honest hearted people into their trap. I'd like to lure them into a trap. I'm sorry that you found out the hard way. Believe me, you're not the only one - not by a long shot. If I had to stop and think of all the times that I signed up for junk, it would blow my mind. So now, I'm keeping my wallet away from the computer (unless I'm shopping of course) and I'm only working sites that require no money. It may take a while to make up for lost time and money but I will continue plugging away.

Why i don`t understand is why are so many people supporting these scams ? For example there is this website Legit online jobs or something like that .I joined that site,(found it on someone`s page here on myLot). After you join you will see that there is no job for a standard member but you can pay or bring more people to join and that will pay for your upgrade and then the real jobs will come. How can you promote such a scam ?

I find most survey sites to be very frustrating. I do sometimes get paid by them, but other times I get screened out of surveys after only a couple of questions so I don't earn anything. The most important thing is whether you fit the demographic that they are looking for. I guess I am too old or something because when I am honest about everything, they reject me. Oh well... Have a great week!!!

I think the website wants to keep a part of the money so once you fill your private data and a part of that survey someone else from the website will take it from you and complete the rest and they will get the money and you`ll earn nothing

As a marketing business owner I'm not so crazy to pay $5 for everyone who fills my survey instead I may ask for free or $0.10 to $1 per fill or just give an 10% off coupon away for users .

.. perhaps it's a therapy to keep you busy and out of the street? Anyway it's no fun to register and register to give all kind of info about yourself, your family, etc etc to find out there is not one single survey for you. Which happens to me most time.

You are right survey site pays us more than any other site and i have joined many site and earn much money,i don't there is site that pays 5$ each survey, but the are paying as more. The main problem behind this type of site is that the payout amount will much higher, for example if you take in case Gobal test market the payout minimum is 1000 point and we can get only 30 to 50 points for completing a survey of 20 or 30 mutinues, and if we are screen out in the last moment we will only get 5 points.,this are some of problems behind all surveys sites., as no one will have the interest to join this type of site..!

Yes the question is: how can you make money if you don't have (enough) money? Seems to me nobody has an answer on that. You can register and register and join and join and before you know you have over 100 of survey sites you join. It takes hours and hours to do all the tests and to answer all the questions honestly. To be honest is not such a big deal since nobody knows you anyway. After all these hours of hard work you find out you only earned a few cents and you waisted a lot of money on internet (better switch of your computer some days and you "earn" more and you don't need to waste money on painkillers because of your banging head). And.. since everybody is joining and trying to make a bit money, you try on next day again too. To find out the money you earned the day before is gone.

Don't be such a fool and i don't understand what are you talking about, you said that to complete a survey it takes hours.,its only a rumour the highest time in a top survey site is 20 or 30 minutes and this site pay us more than any other sites,i'm saying this because i got more than 100$ form diffrent survey site., i think you nothin about this site and not a active member in any of survey site thats why you are saying this type of rumour.!

hi iuliuxd if you would tone down your expectations as to how much you make come to mysurvey.com and sign up.I have been on there for years and for every 1100 points you earn ten dollars or you can let it add up to twenty but they are legitimate, and whats great they qualify everyone. the surveys are really fun and seldom over thirty minutes most are faster but the lengthy ones give you as much as 500 points and whenever you get those lengthy ones you see your earning points move up fast. we have a say in how brand new products are packaged, what price they sell for and how good or bad they sound, its fascinating as well as giving you some extra money.they pay by check to your home address and are really legitimate, I have belonged for years. also you can get additional points for referring someone, as I will if yuou mention my name Patsie Hatley. anyway give it a try aas they are an older and really legitimate survey called mysurvey.com.easy to remember too.also they have merchandise you can get for various points. me I need the money so I ask for a ten dollar check I have made twenty dollars from them some months and put that with mylot earnings and it really helps.you do not ever get asked to buy anything nor do they promise x dollars a survey.they go strictly by points. it builds up fast too.

Hi Hatley ! If you go to Mysurvey you`ll notice that they don`t accept new members. Also that is a website for the us citizens . I`m not looking to make a fortune Hatley i know it`s hard to make few bucks on internet but what the hell ...when you join a website promising to give you those few bucks and first thing they ask is to pay them more than 30 you won`t feel too great ...so i should pay those 30 bucks and then i will read " we don`t have any surveys for your country. Please come back later " ? :)

I have tried through the past three years to work surveys. I really never got interested in them, because I am probably too impatient, but so many of them opt me out after I have filled out forms or answers for about 15 minutes or more. Now recently, I have tried to get back interested in them, because there is this other site that I write in t he forum at times, and sooo many on their brag about the money they make on surveys. I mostly have only been trying globaltestmarket since I recently started trying again. They have let me work and earn on one so far out of about 15 that I have attempted.

There are three survey sites where I make a few bucks at. I have had several invitations, but never receive any surveys. I am looking for ways to really suppliment my income now more than ever because it looks like my husband may not have a job longer. The company was bought out by a big corporation and nobody is being told what is going on. We may need to save money so we can move in with my parents.

I had the similar experiences with those crappy websites solicitation also, and I just took a look at them. Website after website, and I know that I won't make any money at all. You know what, I was stupid enough to try some of these sites in attempt to make some money, but at the end, I just waste my time. Even though with honest answer, I just got rejected to participate or I wasn't qualify for those survey at all.

You are right they are scam, and are making money by us because thet sell our information to others companys, and when we don't think we have our email full of junk, must of the offer they send to me ask for my credit card number, and some for my social security. I don't give none of that information because at the end I don't know what kind of manic in on the other of my screen. Happy my lotter day.

Another point of view . Ok so i register to a survey website , i fill the form telling them everything about me and then they are telling me they have nothing for me ...that is fine , it`s like sending an application for a job and you are not accepted . But : Why the hell they want me to bring other people to join ? If they don`t have work for one person how can they pay me if i bring them thousands and what can they do with these people ? :)

You are right some will forward you to another website and at the end will give you some pretext telling you that you don't fit into the criteria or some will promise to send you surveys to your email and seldom it happens . There is always some exceptions . Many who had fantasies of earning loads have at the end suffered due to such companies . So it is very necessary to be careful and meticulous for a person to work in this virtual world.

or they send you a survey and tell you that if you accept it you will earn zero (0) It's very hard for me to understand why they work that way.

iuliuxd, I agree with everything you have said here. However, I HAVE found a site that will help you find survey site that DO pay. I use it myself and I have made some money off of them. Just be aware that you will NOT make enough money on surveys sites to live off of, but if you want some extra cash to pay a bill, etc, they do pay. Here is the site: Work at home no scams.com

Tech it looks ok ,but probably it is made for people inside the US . Now that is another problem .I understand some companies are interested in promoting only inside the US or on a certain area .We are not born equal , our country`s economy and it`s people`s wealth are important. But if they don`t have any job for you then why do they want you to buy their crappy products ? They will sell you a " how to make thousands each day" crappy book at the same price , no matter if you are from US or a 3rd world country :)

That is why we don't know what to believe in those kinds of sites. They always ask for some sign-up fee in the first place, so that alone makes people ask questions as to the legitimacy of these sites. People want to work and earn money online and not be scammed.

I do not find doing surveys a way to earn online since there is no real pay there only some incentives. That is if you are living in America since most of the offers and discounts that you get in exchange for the surveys are given for American stores that are all based in the States. Working online is far from doing surveys. It is being able to earn at a good income by doing writing jobs, data entry jobs and the like in a legit freelancer site.

At least 80% of the money making opportunities on the internet are scams, and unfortunately it's up to us,the "costumers", to discovers if they're real or not. To be honest, I've always kind of avoided Surveys, and this for many reasons: 1) if you're not from the US you'll receive just a mere percentage of the surveys, and I live in Italy so... 2) when and IF you receive a survey it doesn't mean you'll get paid because sometimes there's a pre-survey when they tell you if you reflect or not their target...and 70% of the times you DON'T! 3)being european I would receive no more than 3 survey a month...and this means too little money to me; I'm sorry, but I work to earn. Honesty is and will always be a great virtue, unfortunately is usually not linked with money.
