Hallo! As one can easily tie up to a previous question of mine, I have really bad times longer nourished and wrong. I've only eaten once a day and what was not always not always warm and above all lots. Besides, I have given up a lot. Thanks to the support of my friend, I got my eating back under control. I eat again at fixed time and 2-3x a day. Of them is a meal, lunch, warm. From time to time out again because there are, and I just can not eat this and drink, but mostly I keep it on. To the famous yo-yo effect to avoid, I'm home and I have a couple of exercises rather than decreased. I feel really good again, but remain in my position and do not eat meat. Besides, I love to despise butter, but I eat very much fish because my body needs it somehow. In recent days I have felt terribly weak and tired, was suspected of iron deficiency, since I do not eat meat. So now I take pills against it. Before me the pills are down the hair, which now goes back, however. Of course I am still losing hair, but this is no longer a daily basis and not as much. In recent days I've been neglecting the tablets rather because it goes back and I feel no good. Also, I'm afraid that one of them is any thick or dependent. Just now, however, I failed one toenail. I also know that this is nothing special and always happens when you stumble, etc. I have not met, I was lying on the sofa and came with my foot against my nail and went quite easily and down. Can this really push it onto the food or does any other reasons?

it might be better to try a multi vitamin tablet, rather than an iron tablet. as most of them have quite small doses of many vitamins. most foods contain a little bit of iron, and if you are eating fish that should be ok. there are many possible reasons, in terms of vitamin shortages, that could cause hair loss. i would look at your diet and make sure its varied and healthy, and then take a multi vitamin, or perhaps also a mineral supplement. but if you can get both together that would be best. as they usually contain quite small amounts of a lot of things, and should therefore be safe. as it can be quite difficult if you start taking one specific vitamin, without knowing for certain what it is your body is lacking.

also stress can make you tried, and cause hair loss, and deplete vitamins.

hallo, So if it's lost leave, then I can only advise you not to give up meat. Meat is an important energy supplier. Only you have to bear in mind the meat as steak is increased. Does not chopped or the like. Morning: you should eat just the way you want to be happy. Lunch: you can eat normally. For the energy you need for the rest of the day. Evening: The evening is crucial to whether we - or decrease. I can only advise you not eat potatoes, bread or similar sweets. So avoid as many calories as you need, because the night to convert the calories into fat. So fruits and vegetables or simply replace a low-fat steak this. Tip: once to cancel a dinner can not hurt. CONCLUSION: j times you can go to my plan, because to take tablets for iron deficiency is probably not much healthier than a low-fat steak, turkey best yet. If you follow these things and it's getting better all is well. If it stops after 5-10 days but not on that you lose hair and nails must go to a doctor

It's usually happen when one is not having a proper diet full of vitamins and other nutrients. I think you should take such pills which help you supplementary pills and tonics though a proper meal is always a better choice. Also too much stress, not sleeping enough, irregular daily routine cause hair loss. In my opinion, you should try to see a good doctor as well about your problems..

A few hundred years in our area were nothing special and deficiency diseases simply an inevitable consequence of the limited food supply. If one fails, however, these days hair, nails, teeth or other body parts, then that is a consequence of individual misconduct. It is evident that your diet is still inadequate so severe that it results in serious physical disorders.

Maybe your immune system is weakened by possibly an acquired immunodeficiency. I would not make a complete blood count with the family doctor and also check the thyroid and lymph nodes. The doctor will prescribe you the right already.

You must try to take some calcium, this will help you nails grow beautiful. Or better yet try to consult a physician for the right vitamins or medication if needed.
