video sharing sites that pay you really?

I have used some video sharing sites to earn money from it according to the no of views but I haven't got a single penny from them, Do any one of you know a genuine video sharing site that pays your for uploading video contents?

I have no membership in any site that pay us only for uploading videos,but i'm member of few social networking site that have a video upload option,there i can upload 10 videos a day which pay us 20 cent for ten,i don't its much,but only a social networking site..,
i thing most of the unique video uploading are scams and try to avoid this type of sites.

there are some sites that pay you for uploading videos or any content but the only requirement is they pays only when somebody downloads your file so you need to post your links on different site to earn some money,some sites are uploading.com,suidoo,upload etc.

I know this type of sites man, I am not asking about a file sharing site were I will be paid by no of downloads, but a video sharing site which pays by no of views.

You can upload videos in redgage also bt its not much popular.
I havent paid from video sharing site..I will look for that...Thanx..
