As I have said, they are NOT a 'money transfer' system between individuals as PayPal is. They are specifically a site which makes it possible to RECEIVE funds in various ways. You will need to ask them (by personal enquiry) whether they will deal with Indonesian banks. Nobody here will be able to give you a definitive answer.

It may be useful to you ONLY if you have a website which accepts payments from customers. It only offers 'shopping cart' or 'payment facility' services (which PayPal also does, of course). It does NOT offer services by which clients or workers can be paid.
IF you need to accept payments for online services or products, then it MAY work better for you than PayPal but NEVER forget that the problems with payments to India are due to the RBI and NOT to restrictions imposed by the individual payment processor. SWREG will be subject to exactly the same limitations as PayPal in that respect.

Hi,
When you are talking about SWREG, please specify the full name, like .com, .org, .inc or whatever it is. Now-a-days, there are a lot of companies with same or similar names with the difference in the .ext variants. However, I found one, where e-commerce facility is provided. However, as far as paypal is concerned, it has the worldwide acceptance and popular as well as well known.
For me, this is a new info and I still think not to change with any other company as this process itself is good enough to make minor transactions. Though the charges and other facilities are cut short for us, as per Govt. regulations. I think whichever the company they carries similar transaction may attract Govt. rules in common and thereby the ordinary people won't get much of benefit other than their specific charges.
Thank-s
