Does anyone have experience with chewing gum or patches, which should make it easier to quit smoking? Whether positive or negative experiences?

Its easy if you get a new hobby every time you want to smoke. Try to change this bad habbit to good one such as sport or music. Start with writing down every moment you want to smoke. Next day do something other at that time. For example.. at the morning don`t drink a cup of caffe but do some easy gym or yoga. It won`t only improve your health - it will help you quit

Hello. Do it like my man He has bet me a full track suit from Nike that he makes it. Because I did not believe it, I agreed. He has also just bought any more and stopped deliberately. Now, 1 year later, I have to buy the suit. He has smoked for over a year, no more. Fortunately,

Hi, you're lucky, he just smoked no more than a year. Imagine those who have smoked for decades.

hi, i never experienced that chewing a gum to avoid or stop smoking, because i believe that smoking of a person is depend upon the blood he/she have,or maybe a mannerism that can really hard to quit, but as i observed to some people, they just use candy and chew it to avoid smoking and some of them are effective .

Hi. I quit smoking 5 years ago and used the Commit Lozenges for a couple of months and they really helped a lot with the cravings. I had tried to quit in the past and used the nicotine gum. The gum seemed to help somewhat, although I think the lozenges were better. I have never tried the patches myself but my daughter did. She seemed to think that they were helpful although she has not completely quit yet.

But are there any other person, depending on the appropriate ways to stop smoking - no experience with it myself.

pure volition, think to follow the health and financial and decide for yourself. Do you want to spoil yourself (health) or help with rather ruin the state (financial)

I'm aware ... buy the last rod and be aware that this is the last one. Has worked out fine even if it was me very uneasy, as the bar came to an end. Bad was the last pack. But it worked, I knew a long rod Good luck!
