how much do you love yourself ?

We are always so busy in our life and keep playing different roles and often forget to take care of ourselves . I think we should also love and pat ourselves . What do you think friends ? How do you take care of yourselves and how much do you love yourself ? Thanks in advances for all your lovely reponses to be coming in .

They say, you can never love other people unless you've learn to love yourself.
That is true, how can we love other people when we cannot love our own?
Because when we love someone, we always want that someone to be happy.
In order to make that someone, we should be happy also.
So, loving oneself is same thing loving someone we love.
We must take care of our own self like we took care of the others.
I love myself and one thing I never neglect to give myself is "respect".

Thanks for your lovely response jaiho . You said all right . We must love and respect ourself to love others and expect other's honour .It is true that sometimes we sacrifice ourselves to love others but what you said is very true . To make someone happy we also need to be happy in life .

EVery morning, I do say to myself, let little time to be myself, but, then, I call my child up to school, cook breakfast for my husband, have some earning money work. It is time to lunch, after lunch, work again, clean house, do some some shopping, and take my child back home. After dinner, the whole day has almost gone. It is time to read some stories to my child. Only going to bed, i have little time to think of the happy hours that I had when I was young. Maybe I will have more time belongs to me when my child grows up. However, now, I am the part of a wife, a mother and a worker.

I can understand your point CSR . It is difficult to take care of oneself being a wife ,mother and worker . That is why I put up this topic . But please try to find some time exclusively for yourself and do take care of yourself so that you are able to take more care of others . God bless you !

I love myself as much as I love GOD. I am created with love so i must share love, in order to share love i must love myself first and I did.

I love myself. I always care about my personal health and personal safety. As our life is in our hands so we have to take care of ourselves better than others. Self help is the best help as i remember this proverb when i leaven solely without anybody. I always love myself i believed i would be loved by others too.

Yes dennyma you should take proper care of yourself inorder to be more capable of looking after your other responsibilities . Just try and take some time to love and yourself . You will the difference in your life . God bless you !
