National Heroes day, Who is your favorite hero?

It is said that this day is for the unknown heroes and doesn't have specific dates of holiday unlike jose rizal, bonifacio. "Tandang Sora" is one of my favorite heroes and still marked my mind about her kindness and helping other people.

That is so ironic because we all know that Emilio killed Andres so he will be President.Despite of his crime I still don't consider him as a hero of our country because he fought for freedom but yet he killed another hero for his own benefit.. Andres Bonifacio is brave warrior, the fact he is able to fight men armed with rifles with a machete is approved of his bravery.

My favorite hero is Apolinario Mabini. I admired him because of his bravery despite the fact that he's a handicapped. I think all heroes are equal, they all serve our country and wants to get our freedom back.

I was just telling louievill in another another discussion that Greg del Pilar was my hero. But Pepe Rizal was a genius, and Andy Bonifacio was a spirited activist, and Macli-ing Dulag was all soul. Tandang Sora was heart and compassion, Diego and Gabriela Silang were action personified, as Apo Mabini was strategy and tactics. We have many heroes, and in fact we have modern day heroes who make us stand proud as a nation. Whoever is our favorite hero, I do hope we carry on the dreams that they fought for for our Motherland...

My favorite hero is Gregorio del Pilar. I simply like him because of his young age and courage in fighting for the Filipinos.
