house or condominium?

The Old Spaghetti House - There are not much of restaurants like this in the provinces which Im surely gonna miss if I get a house in the province compared to getting a condo within the city..

Nowadays, a lot are into getting condominiums over houses, because of the proximity of businesses and basically civilization, like closer to work, to school and to places that we go to in our everyday life. Whereas houses, there are available houses within the city but then it is too costly and affordable to get houses in the provinces, which is not gonna be beneficial especially because of work or school. Im also planning to buy my first property and now I cant decide as to which is which. Your thoughts mylotters? Thanks!

I have always preferred houses over condominiums since i don't feel like home in condominiums. They may be practical but they are very expensive... But if someone would like to give me one, I'd gladly accept.

yes a condo is expensive but I can actually get a loan so that it wouldnt be too much a burden in my pocket. I would love to have in the future a home with plants and a garden to put up more plants. But maybe when I retire I would get one for me and my family.

Thanks for the tip! and yes I agree that if we put our mind to it anything is possible! LOans have interest correct but then if I wait until I get the full money, I might be a senior citizen already by then LOL

Yes, if you are really interested to have one I guess there are options that can help. But I don't agree on getting a loan just to buy a condo.Loans have interest so it just add up to the price of condo. But everything we want in life can be true just like in dreams. If we put our mind to it and really work to achieve it, it's possible.

As for me, I'd go for a house in the province and a condominium unit in the city. The house of course would be where I want my family to stay and I'll need the condo unit for work.

Condominium is advisable if you want to be near to your work but I suggest that you should buy house and lot as possible because the value of condominium depreciates over year unlike house and lot appreciates. Another bad thing about condominium is there's no insurance when collapsed by an earthquake.

and the very important is that you will become the owner of that property someday.... our age are getting older, by the time we are old enough and can't capable to work for a job, it is better to have our own house than a condo.....
