Apple's founder resigned last week as CEO of apple. His resignation has been a shock to the industry and even his own partners. He has been suffering pancreatic cancer and has undergone a liver transplant. He has been noticed of severe weight loss for the past years and it is suspected that his resignation is because of health reasons. He founded Apple and went through a lot of trials for the company. He made it big and a leader in Technology. He makes products that becomes a need to the industry he provides. As he said. "I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple's CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come," I don't know much about him, but what I understand is that He made Apple. It must be very difficult for him to be stepping back and be taking a backseat for a company which is literally his Baby. As a buyer of apple, it somehow scared me too, it made me ask questions on how the change in management will affect the products to be released in the future. Jobs will still be Chairman, and he is replaced by Cook. I just hope that Apple will remain it's lead in the market. Jobs has done a lot and it will real be painful for him if after he left, the company will be stepping down the stairs too. I hope he gets over the health issues and be back doing what he always love in a company he calls his home. What are your views about these? Apple fans? Does this affect you too?

It was a shock to me that he will quit, and now it just a truth, and hate to see him leave. I don't know how Apple gonna be in the near future. I hope that they will come out innovative products as before, so we can still be amazed by Apple's technology.

He won't be actually leaving apple, he resigned as CEO but he will still be chairman. I guess he will not be as active as like before but he will still be there to give advice and monitor if he can. I just hope he gets healed.

I'm not an Apple fan. I don't like its products. But I think Jobs is one hell of a CEO. It's sad to see him go. I hope he'll recover...

I felt bad for him. He is the brains of Apple. He was the original innovator. If it wasn't for Steve Jobs, there would be no iPhone, iPod, iPad or iMac. He brought the future to us. But, given the fact that his health is not good, he did the right thing. He will still be part of the board of directors. But, I believe in Apple, the company enough to have enough faith that they will continue Apple in the fashion Steve Jobs has always done. I am sure Apple will be around for a long time.

I also felt bad and I was surprised how I got affected by him. I guess I admired his determination and his success. I felt like I am close to him whenever I look at all the Apple product I use, there is a piece of him there. I am praying he gets better... and be back making new things like he always loved to do.

Well, I hope he gets well also, but I think he is sicker then we think. But remember this, Apple will live on after him. Apple is his legacy. And yes, I feel close to him also, he is like a long time friend and all the Apple products that I have are part of him.
