Hi everyone... All of us have families. May be joint or nuclear but we are having some relationships apart from parents and grand parents. I mean we have elder brother, elder sister or elder sister in law, younger brother, younger sister, younger sister in law, nephews, nieces and so on. Its sure that we have not all those relationships in our family ( maybe some one has but rarely). So which relationship you really miss in your family? I really miss an elder sister in my family. I would be lucky if i have an elder sister and surely an elder brother too (i had two elder brothers but unfortunately they are not in this earth now). So what about you? Please share.

We live in a duplex-style of house. My Uncle and his family live beside our house. I have grown up with my cousins who are older than me. Today, none of my cousins live with us anymore. Three of the four cousins I have here are living in the US now and the eldest lives two municipalities away from us. I miss them so much and the things that we used to do.

Hi pitot.. I am the first child from my cousins and no one is elder than me. I moved from my original place with parents to an another place when i was only 3. So, i had no chance to be intimate with my cousins. Again my sister is the second child on my entire family. Have a nice day.

there are only four of us in the family, me, dad, mom and my elder brother. Growing up with my brother was great, he pampered me but i believe it is really different if i have an elder sister. I could remember growing up and wanting to have a sister. I could remember being close to my brother's past girlfriends because they treat me as their younger sister. there was one gf of his that was really close to me, they were together for 6 years! She would give me stickers, letter and stuff back then. But they did not end up together which was sad for me, but that is how life is.

I don't see my family as much as I like. We live in different parts of the state and they all have their lives to live! I miss the most my graat nephews and great neice! They are 4 years,2 years and 10 months old! I do because they are little and everytime I see them, they have grown a lot! When their fathers were little I saw them alot ! I wish I had the same opportunity with Evan,Onon and Lillie like I did with Austin and Kolt!

Hi blue.. hmm.... i think your family is well scattered and its really hard to meet them along with. I have my uncles and cousins living in different places but i dont miss them. In fact i have no bonding with them, hence easy to live without thinking about them. Have a nice time.

I miss my nephews and nieces. Especially the youngest of them all, his name is Butchoy, he's 2 years old now. I took care of him since he was 3 months old till 11 months old. My brother and i had a fight since then he doesn't want his children to go near to me or talk to me. I really, really missed him so much, his cute smile and his laughter.

You would be surprised how many people don't have any family at all. I know a few myself. I think it is very lonely for those people. I have a client that is around my age, 54, that has no family at all, alive. She used to have a son but he passed away with her husband in a car accident about 25 years ago and she never remarried and she has no brothers or sisters or parents alive and no in-laws that stay intouch anymore. She thrives on her friendships although she says there are very few. I live in a city that I only have my daughter with me. She is 28 years old and we share a house together. I say share because she pays half of everything as we make the same amount of money because we work together, self employed, cleaning houses. The rest of my family lives 14 hours away from us. I have a son that is married and they have my one and only grandchild, a granddaughter that will be 2 years old in November. I miss her the most of everyone. I love my granddaughter and miss her so much. I take a drive out to see her about every 3 months even though it is very far to drive. I stay for a couple days and then drive all that way home. I can't stay longer because I have to work. Cheers and happy mylotting my friend, Chris

Hiya shibs, Whom do I really miss in the Family perhaps my Mother although she is not here on this Earth now and my Nan´s Sisters I am much like them and although I never saw much of them we always got on very well. I miss my Godmother who was a Pillar of Strength for me and my Godfather these two I have not seen in Years. I miss my Niece the eldest one but she is better apart from me until she calms down and sees what is really going on behind the scenes. Her Father set her against me and I just take this with a pinch of salt now. Shibs they haven chosen to call me and see me as a "black Sheep" the odd one out you would say here because they have not got any real fault to find in me so that is why they are doing it. I miss all of them but then I can see my Brothers in my Sons as well so I don´t have to go very far to see them do I? I can also see my Mother in them as well. They are around me a lot in thoughts but I do get a couple of "down" Days when I have to try really hard most of the Day to shake those moods off and keep them at bay. So I am a Black Sheep for them I would like them to see that if I am a Black Sheep like they think I am certainly not on the greenest of Pastures (grin) I don´t have a House like in "Falcons Crest" nothing of the sort. Life here is probably harder than it would be back in my own City as there is some kind of help there albeit meager here you have none. Anyway apart from that I also missed having just at least a chance to know what could be wrong with them over there but now I am not going to bother. Because I am bothering about my Friends on here my Husband and my Children that comes first all the rest after.xxx Have seen a bit of your Website and how has your Ph.D come along one of my Friends in England has just had her Exam results great results and I am glad for that.xxx

Hiya shibs, Same happened to me too. I was going to work taking my other Son with me very early in the Mornings and leaving him with a Lady to take him to School for me and then at night I would pick him up on the way home. Hours were very long for me as well. I was having twins and although I was very tired at the end of the Day I have to say it was one of the most peaceful times I have had in my life. I lost them at about 25 weeks the Doctor was hopping mad at the Doctor who had been looking after me because with a few Weeks more rest they would have been okay. I should have been in Bed instead of going to Work but no one heeded what I said and thought that I could take all in my stride. I can sympathise with your Mom because I know how that feels you see you never get over it altogether but I know they are around me. I sat with them and held their very tiny hands and they gripped mine so fiercely too even then they still had great strength. Typical lung problems was the cause of me losing them in the finish as there was not so much going on in Medicine then. The Doctor was very upset as they had such good tone but the lungs needed more time. I don´t feel guilty now because at the start of it all you do you think of a thousand things that you could have done but it was over very quickly and I had another Son to take care of too.xxx

Hiya shibs, That is a very moving Story your Mom miscarried your Brothers then by the sound of it. Well thats none of my business but it just sounds that way. Your Dad has had to put up with a lot as well. Actually we don´t help each other out like that never have done. I have never known help of any kind like that not even in my Mother´s Family or my Fathers either. Over there it was a case of you leaving School early to get a Job and earn Money. There never was a closeness of Family in any sense on either side. As far back as my Grandmother from my Mother´s side it has always been strict sometimes very strict and no closeness hence the problems I can see now going on over there and from what other People tell me. I have to find out from other People what is going on with them and my own intuition tells me. Perhaps that is why I might seem the odd bean out of them "el garbanzo negro". I have always been a rebel heart but only in the sense of seeing injustice but you had to keep your feelings to yourself. In spite of what you tell me you sound very close to your Family and the others. Yes it is most times better to be away from those who only want to hurt you. Now I know your Story which is really interesting because you condense it into that response and I can understand how you must feel of course not altogether. Thanks very much for that one.xxx

Me again, Talking about Family how is your Sister and Mother and Father are they well. You have not mentioned Heera for a long time now. Is she settled where she is do you go and see her a lot what do you do now apart from your Job. I miss a few Friends as well from over there and over here. They will turn up when I least expect it I guess. Have you settled in your new House now as well you must miss the other place too for the time being. Take care as I have to go in a second.xxx

Heera is fine with her hubby as she lives almost near to my house so i visit her when i wish and vise versa. I have not yet settled in my new house as some painting work is yet to be finished. thanks for your concern. Have a nice time. Take care too.

Hiya shibs, Good to see that she is recovering must have been very painful as well. I have pulled a ligament more than once and its really the most painful thing I have ever had apart from a foot fracture trying to climb a steep Mountain slope (grin). Oh your Dad likes to be busy that is a must for anyone to be creative. If you have very Rainy weather it might take more time for the paint to dry as well. Well at least in did in England when the Rainy weather had set in. You take care as well. Hot weather is losing its strong hold here and now breaking up bit by bit.xxx

Hello Shibham I was not raised by my own biological family, therefore, I never met them and or had a life with them, so I can't say I miss them. I did come to know a lady during my adult years whom we all called grandma. She passed away early this year and I miss her immensely. She is resting in eternal peace and am sure she is looking upon me continuously.

Hi shi... I have two brothers and when we were young, we were always fighting! I grew up to be a very tomboyish kind of girl. I'm not saying it's their fault, it could be just my character that caused it~~ Well, to answer your question, I would really like a elder brother or sister to take care of me. Sometimes I felt fed up with being the eldest because I always got blamed for whatever things my brothers did. Also being the eldest I have a lot of responsibility. It would be nice to imagine myself being the carefree, being-doted-on child.

Hi moon.. Well, as i have a younger sister, i always fought with her and beaten by mom because she always cried for a silly reason and mom thought that i have tortured her. lol. But it was a nice experience and i still recollect it. Yes, i do wish to have an elder one, may be brother or sister to pamper me. But unfortunately all are missing. Have a nice time.

I have a younger brother and when I was a child I always wished that I had many brothers and sisters. My best friend lived in big family. She had 3 older sisters, one older brother and one younger sister and óne younger brother, and I was jealous because she had such a large family. She was jealous at me because my brother wasn't born at that time and I didn't have to share my toys with anyone As an adult I still think that it would have been nice to be a part of a large family, but I am very happy that I have my brother, because we have a close relationship.
