make Messi happy in field

many people critics Lionel messi because messi is not same when he play for Barcelona..But for the current Argentina coach, we must make Messi happy in the field, so Messi can give all his ability
Yes, messi is best player now, but his good performance only when he use Barcelona jersey..when he become Argentina player, we never see his great performance
and for that reason, Sabella give position Captain for Messi, when Argentina meet Venezuela and Nigeria
What do you think about Sabela reason?? what is your opinion if you are Argentina coach and make Messi can play like in barcelona??

Messi is better at Barcelona because he has better team mates and the tactic which is used by Guardiola is in favor of offensive players. And don't forget that in Barcelona the are no individualists, but at Argentina the whole attacking section is made of players who don't like passing the ball.

This is what I also say, that there are too many individualists at the Argentine national team, and everybody wants to be in the spotlight. They are lacking a lot of team spirit, in my opinion.

The reason is simple. Barcelona and Argentina are not the same team. Both has their ways of playing, different formations and different level of understanding. I would say messi would fit into the Spanish team perfectly, than to play for argentina. After all, players surrounding him, playing week in week out are spain national team players. It's of no wonder he's able to excel in barcelona colors.
