Does anyone know about Bukisa and how it works?

I have been writing on Triond for a little while now, and it's okay. However, I am not earning too much. So, I decided to check out some other websites that are similar. I found Bukisa, and I am really interested in learning more about it and how it works.
On Triond you earn for the views you get on your articles. Is it the same on Bukisa, or is it different? How so?
Do I absolutely have to have Google Adsense to earn from Bukisa, or can I earn without it? I am not able to get a Google Adsense account, so I am hoping that I do not have to have it just to earn.
I would appreciate any information you guys could give me about this website. Preferably, I would like to hear from those who use this site and know a lot about it.

I joined Bukisa a few yrs ago. But I have not been submitting my articles there for the past 2 yrs because it's not earning much...in fact, I think it's as bad as Triond. (I joined Triond around the same time.) So, I have given up on such websites. Hey how's the cashier job you mentioned in another of your discussion? Any news?

That's sad to hear. I was hoping it would be a bit better and I could earn a little more than what I earn on Triond (which is barely 50 cents a month!).
About the potential job at Dollar General as a cashier... Well, I haven't received a phone call yet. But, it's only been one day. If I haven't heard anything by Thursday or Friday I think I am going to give them a call to see if they have had a chance to review my application. Hopefully I will get an interview.

Okay, well I am still willing to try out Bukisa for myself. I just would like to know more about it.
Do you think you could answer the questions I had about Busika that I included when I started my discussion?

Hi Kavya, I can write well but somehow I am not even earning $1 from Bukisa so far. I don't know how you manage to earn more than $10 so far though. Whatever it is, I still feel that it's better for me to bid for freelance writing jobs on freelance websites...the earning is definitely MUCH more.
