This is our country's(Philippines) national fish. It is a very versatile fish, you can cook them in so many ways. Don't call me silly but I'm just wondering if this kind of fish exist in other countries?.....Just curious

I like "bangus" also, but not much. I specially liked Gerry's Grill's sizzling bangus, because it's crispy and well done. But i don't like to fry bangus because it would always be burnt, just like what my mother-in-law does. Thus, i only like fried bangus from restaurants , because they are not burnt.

Try to put some breading on it and deep fry it on a controlled heat and a short period of time, it will be nicely cooked. It should be golden brown, crispy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. I like the belly part of the bangus....hey, wait a minute, why are we talking about foods again? it's not the topic of my discussion! Anyway, it only proves that we both really love foods, and I mean REALLY LOVES FOOD

I love milk fish specially the fried boneless one. During rainy season, I love to eat it with soup or the "sinigang" version. I see to it that we it fish once a week like milk fish which is one of my personal favorite. I like the fatty part in the middle or in the belly which is color black, it is so yummy.
