Dad sents money for my PC

What?! Unbelievable!
But there's a problem, My mom wants to take half or the whole of it. She was insisting me that i should just buy the cheapest that I've been telling her about. but that's because I was getting what I have on my pay out, which I canceled getting it this month because I feel the need to save a lot more.
Last Night I was able to search my favorite casing in PC express. then, i realized that i can buy something new. I hope i can afford it.

You live with your mom and she supports you, right? So she is entitled to some of the windfall that was sent to you. Get the cheapest PC and at least give her the majority of the money you have left over. Your profile doesn't state your age but if you live with your mom and have any kind of income, you should share with her.

I wasn't aware of that. If you are regularly contributing I don't think your mom should take part of the money your dad sent.
Here in America, many kids living with their parents don't contribute toward the household and think they should live there for free. Sorry I assumed you had the same attitude! I guess your country is quite different from mine.

Hello Dragon54u, I can't get the cheapest computer or it will definitely go broke in the future. then, my eldest brother will be upset for wasting the money. What are you talking about?

Hello Catch, I have shown you the Specs on PC GILMORES package one. do you think it's alright with the Specifications they have there? because that's what I intend to buy in the future or if my brother is around. but i can buy it myself if I wanted to. besides, they want new so that's the one am preferring to buy at.

if you can find something cheaper than you really wanted, then go for it.
if you can save something from what your dad sent you, then you can give it to your mom and you can spend it with other important things.

Hello Neildc, There is something cheaper and not to mention that I can buy a buy one take one offer but mom didn't agree with it because she was thinking that the motherboard and other stuff are too old. i hope the buy one take one offer still intact for next month

Ohhhh, when there is no money, it's problem and when there is money it's problem again! Ha!ha!ha! Oh dear you should talk to your Mom! If your Dad sent this money for your PC then she should be open-minded enough to accept that this money is for your and not for her. You should first buy your PC and if some more money is left after then she could have it!

Hello Salonga, I've been saving for the past few months now and that would increase my savings allowing my bank account to have an interest. am not sure though but this is my latest plan lately. I hope she didn't buy a pc now with out my consent or I will be pissed that's for sure. anyways, thanks a lot and have a nice day

Wow.. Thats a good news, you can now buy the PC that you really want. But because your mom asking for the half or whole, maybe she has an needed something to buy, If you have an excess then you can give it to your mom. And that's even more a good news than you was thinking to save that you can have something for your future.

Hello Mikaela - Yes, she had a lot of reasons as to why she wanted me to just buy a Central Processing Unit only. but with that money honestly i can buy a whole package and i need to take the opportunity before the offer ends. besides, am sure she will have a lot of money in the future because of the tenants

hello friend, it's rather late or should i say early morning, anyway have you ever asked your mom the reason what she needs half or the whole amount for? In my situation If my mom acts that way then I would be alarmed that it might really be something urgent especially if she knows that I need it that bad too, but again we are different people. At my age I still believe mom still knows best so just probe her for the reason. Secondly I hope you don't mind me asking how much we are talking about here 15? 20 thousand pesos? ( you do not need to answer that here if it would make you uncomfortable, just pm me, perhaps I could give a better advice if I knew more facts

Hello louie, that's because we have a commercial Business rent and the tenants pay on time. like tomorrow some one's gonna pay up so there's no way that she's planning to take it something. if we didn't have the commercial place i would have understand it. but i have another plan, but i doubt she'd agree with. to be honest, this will be my PC for the next five years again
